“Kwata wano” singer Spice Diana yesterday got vaccinated against the deadly COVID-19 despite phobia for injections.
Spice Diana on Saturday got her first jab of the COVID-19 AstraZeneca vaccine from one of the location that have been gazetted by the Ministry of Health so that people can get the vaccine at no cost at all.
After taking the jab, Spice Diana took to her social media handles to announce the epic news as she went an extra mile to disclose it was a tag of war since she has phobia for injections
“I got vaccinated today 💉 Ntya empiso 😢 Anyways Please get your COVID-19 Vaccine too. Take care my dear fans,” Spice Diana wrote while announcing the wonderful news of her newly acquired vaccine.
Spice Diana is addition to the list of many prominent people who have already received the covax as including head of state President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and first lady Janet Museveni.
Ministry of Health has not only encouraged people to adhere to the SOPs but also to get the vaccine against coronavirus in order to protect them against the deadly coronavirus that is still very apparent.
Additionally, the number of people contracting COVID-19 is on a rise and President Museveni during his speech yesterday warned about the presence of a new variant in the country which is more deadly than the previous one.
So the best thing to do is to get vaccinated, and also adhere to the SOPs set by the Ministry of Health.
