Makerere University Law School has released the 2021 pre-entry results for students who sat for examinations on the 30th of October this year.

According to the document that was released, whoever got 50% and above passed the examination, however, the list has been recommended to the University’s admission committee for consideration.

Once the consideration list has been concluded, the final list of students that has been given a place at the prestigious Makerere University Law School shall be released and they can prepare to join as the 2021 cohort.

This is the procedure that the legal school goes through every other year while picking students to join them. Only the best are picked out and once they join the school, they go through the best academic and practical training from facilities like PILAC where they get to interact with real life situations.

As for the students that don’t make it through the Makerere Law pre-entry exam, they usually opt for the same program at other universities and just like the saying goes, all waters lead to the sea.

So once they graduate from the 4-year program, they usually converge at the Law Development Center although it isn’t a walk in park since there is a bar set which can only be met by passing the pre-entry examinations.
